Regardless of the method you choose to order your Canadian prescription drugs, North Drugstore will only dispense orders that are accompanied by a valid prescription(s) from a licensed physician. As such, we require a valid copy of your prescription with adequate refills on it, which you can mail, fax, or email to us.
After you have faxed or emailed your prescription to us, we will contact your doctor(s) for fax authorization, to try and get your medication to you in the shortest time possible. Please take the time to make sure your doctors name and phone number are on your prescription, or add them into you patient profile. A fax from your doctor's office is considered an original prescription.
We will process your order in 1-3 business days, upon receiving all of your required information. Given that there are no issues with your order (eg. discrepencies while verifying your prescriptions, processing payment, etc.) you should receive your order within 14-21 business days.
